Hello, beautiful people — I’m Shauné, and I’m so glad you’re here!

Eight years ago, chronic illness and obesity brought me to a turning point. By embracing small, daily changes, a plant-based lifestyle and the L.E.A.N. approach—Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition—I healed my body, renewed my mindset, and released 127 pounds.

Now, as a Certified Health Coach and plant-based educator, I support you with the same tools that changed my life.
