In a non-judgmental way, I work to educate, motivate and support you. I’ll help you clearly and simply understand how the body works and why good nutrition is powerful medicine in reaching your optimal health. We’ll take action against serious health issues like high blood pressure, obesity, and more.
While I take a holistic approach to wellness—mind, body, spirit—I do give particular emphasis to nutrition.
Food truly is medicine.
We are what we eat and there is great power in nutrition. When we work together my goal is to help you transform your way of thinking about food and how it’s used to fuel your body. You’ll learn self-help skills to live a healthier life and use your body’s own medicine cabinet to its fullest advantage. You deserve to look and feel your best.

The Get L.E.A.N. Program is designed to holistically help you build healthy habits and then maintain those habits for sustainable results that last.
If I had to guess, I’d bet you’ve set health goals in the past. And maybe some of them stuck for awhile, while others fell quickly by the wayside. The Get L.E.A.N. Program is different. Together, we take goal-setting a step further via a PHP, or Personal Health Plan, designed around these four pillars of health:

What does a healthy mindset look like for you? Your emotions, reactions, and beliefs all affect your attitude. We’ll identify best practices to protect your emotional space and outlook on life.
Nutrition
how we eat
Do you struggle with what to eat and how to prepare nutritious meals that you actually want to eat? You’ll learn ways to meal plan and meal prep food that’s not only nutritious but delicious.
The 1:1 coaching sessions and curriculum are personalized to set you up for sustainable results and lifetime changes with a focus on weight loss & maintenance, disease prevention, and mindset coaching.

An initial virtual one-on-one session to identify your imbalances, set your intentions, and begin creating a customized plan for healthy living.
Bi-weekly virtual one-on-one sessions to receive personalized support and accountability.
Access to resources, recommendations, and tools outside of sessions to help you reach your version of optimal health.
A menu planning and pantry makeover session, nutrition food list, healthy food substitutions list and strategies for weight loss.
