Food for Life Classes
Food for Life is an award-winning program that teaches nutrition education and cooking to reduce diet-related diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Designed by physicians, nurses, and dietitians, Food for Life classes promote healthful eating based on the latest scientific research.
I am thrilled to be licensed Food For Life Instructor certified through Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
These classes are designed to:
Provide lessons on the latest nutrition and diet research
Showcase healthful, flavorful, easy recipes in live cooking demonstrations and provide delicious food samples
Present practical cooking skills and tips for making healthy habits a part of daily life
Empower individuals suffering from chronic illness in a supportive and motivating atmosphere
